Our award-winning goat cheeses are handmade in small batches, using the milk of our pasture-raised Nubian goats. Cheese from happy goats just tastes better - you’ll see what we mean. With a flavor that is tangy, light, and sweet, goat cheese is delicious and versatile. Everyone’s favorite - tasty, squeaky cheese curds! We make our cheese curds year-round using the milk of our pasture-raised Jersey and Brown Swiss cows. Cheese curds have a mild, salty taste, and make a delicious snack - and of course they’re great for making classic poutine!
Gouda cheese is a mild, yellow cheese made from the milk of our Jersey and Brown Swiss cows. Our Gouda is young, mellow, and all-natural, and tastes excellent in a grilled cheese sandwich or in some homestyle mac and cheese - a versatile family favorite.
