Our Cheeses


All of our farmstead cheeses are handmade here at Thomas Farm & Dairy, using milk from our pasture-raised Nubian goats and Jersey and Brown Swiss Cows. You can find our cheeses at our roadside Farm Stand, or at select local retailers.


Chevre Cheese

Our award-winning goat cheeses are handmade in small batches, using the milk of our pasture-raised Nubian goats. Cheese from happy goats just tastes better - you’ll see what we mean. With a flavor that is tangy, light, and sweet, goat cheese is delicious and versatile. Spread it on your favorite bread, pair it with a fruit salad, mix it into a decadent pasta dish, or just eat a spoonful right out of the container - it’s a farm favorite you’ll keep coming back to!

Available in plain, chive, dill, garlic dill, cranberry, and blueberry.

Cheese Curds

Everyone’s favorite - tasty, squeaky cheese curds! We make our cheese curds year-round using the milk of our pasture-raised Jersey and Brown Swiss cows. Cheese curds have a mild, salty taste, and make a delicious snack - and of course they’re great for making classic poutine!

Gouda

Gouda cheese is a mild, yellow cheese made from the milk of our Jersey and Brown Swiss cows. Our Gouda is young, mellow, and all-natural, and tastes excellent in a grilled cheese sandwich or in some homestyle mac and cheese - a versatile family favorite.

Cheddar

A classic - our farmstead cheddar cheese. All natural and aged 3+ months, you’ll taste the distinct, delicious flavor that comes from the milk of happy cows.
